How it works behind the scenes

One submit fires two paths. Admin doesn't replace Gmail or Calendar.

The admin app sits on top of Gmail and Google Calendar — not in place of them. Customers email you the way they always do. Calendar shows up where it always does on your phone. The admin is just the workflow layer that keeps "where are we with this lead" trackable.
