I live in Prosper, Texas. I play a lot of poker. I'm still learning.

Put those three facts in a blender and my buddy Matt Barch handed me a nickname: Prosper Donkey. It stuck. Now it's on my Instagram, on my domain, and apparently on this website.

In poker a "donkey" is the player every shark wants at their table — the recreational guy who calls too much, sizes his bets wrong, and occasionally hits a two-outer that pays for dinner. That's me. Closer to that guy than the shark — but the gap is narrowing.

The "prosper" half is half geography, half wishful thinking: maybe one day, with enough tuition paid, the chips slide the other direction more often. Either way, I'm having a great time.
