Hi, I'm Shane.

I live in Prosper and build websites and Shopify stores for small businesses around here: restaurants, contractors, boutiques, team stores, a nonprofit or two.

Here's how it goes. We talk for half an hour. You see a working version of your site a day or two later, not a mockup. You get one price, in writing, before anything starts. And when it's live, you have my cell number, not a ticket queue.

I spent a long time building software and analytics for big companies. I took the parts that work and pointed them at businesses with one owner and one phone. Most of the speed comes from building with Claude as a full-time coding partner, so a job that used to take a month takes a week.

Some of what I've built: a golf app parents use to follow their kid's round live, a booking site for a dumpster company that was live in three days, a member platform for a community garden, and Autopilot, which writes Shopify listings from a photo while you sleep. I take on a couple of projects at a time so nothing gets ignored.

For fun, I make games: Bad Beat Boulevard, a 3D poker-horde shooter set in a real local card room, and Farkle, the dice game I grew up playing around the kitchen table.
